At Tendertouch, our focus has always been on providing a high-quality, considered experience for every client.
Service Fee
As operating and transaction costs continue to rise, we are considering making a small service fee that would apply to EFTPOS transactions.
We are holding off introducing this at the moment, but can only do this if our clients start trying to pay by cash.
This is not intended as a penalty, it simply reflects the additional costs associated with card payments.
💛 Cash payments are always welcomed, as they help reduce these costs where possible.
So if you can, please pay by cash!
Service Pricing
Our prices will increase from 23rd March 2026.
We have held off increasing our prices for as long as we can. Unfortunately with the continuing extra cost of everything*, and so we can maintain our fabulous and exclusive service we need to apply a small increase in our Service Price.
We shall continue to offer beautiful ladies, a high level of service and exceptional premises, on a consistent level, as we have for the last 30 years.
*Our rent, power, towel supply, laundry, and oils have all increased significantly in price in the last 12 months.

We have introduced a VIP appreciation system, designed to thank and reward our regular clients through added value and thoughtful benefits.
