At Tendertouch, our focus has always been on providing a high-quality, considered experience for every client.

As operating and transaction costs continue to rise, we’ll be making a small update to our service pricing, and a service fee will apply to EFTPOS transactions. This will take effect from the 23rd March 2026.

This is not intended as a penalty, it simply reflects the additional costs associated with card payments and helps us continue operating sustainably while maintaining the standard of care Tendertouch is known for.

💛 Cash payments are always welcomed, as they help reduce these costs where possible.
