Contact forms
Any information sent via our contact form is sent directly to the Tender Touch Manager and is not shared with anyone else.
If the information is in the form of a complaint, then that will be shared only with the ladies that need to know, to help us offer a better service.
The name and email you use will not be stored in our systems anywhere.
We collect your personal information in order to:
- manage your bookings
- publish any reviews of our ladies or service
- and, reply to queries made using our contact forms
Review Form
If you choose to leave a review of our service using our review form, you need not provide any contact details, but we do ask that you provide a first name only.
You should not include any self identifying details in your review.
It is ok to give the name of the lady who provided your massage. They love to hear how well they did.
All comments are reviewed by a member of our team before they are published.
Your review may be posted in our review section, at the sole discretion of the Manager.
Tendertouch reserves the right to edit or not publish comments submitted for publication on our website.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your contact information, we’ll be unable to make a booking for you, or answer your queries made using our contact forms.
Who we share your data with
We keep your information safe by only allowing certain staff to access it.
Only the Manager and the lady you see will know anything about you.
Any contact details you may provide will not be shared with the ladies, only the Manager.
What you and your chosen lady discuss in the room…. stays in the room!
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us on 027 884 4757.
