What is a Milking Table?

A Milking Table is a special massage table with an extra hole at the level of the pelvic region (apart from the hole or adjustment for placing the head comfortably, also called breathing holes), typically used to give a pleasurable sensual massage experience to men.

Milking tables also carry various synonymous names, such as Gloryhole Table, Prostate Massage Table, Sexy Massage Table, Sex Massage Table, Tantric Milking Table, or Male Tantra Table.

The most common Milking Table is designed to place the front side of the pelvic area, that is, the male genitals through the pelvic hole (lying belly down on the table), which, depending on the size of the hole, gives access to the penis, testicles, perineum, and/or anus for a bodywork practitioner, therapist, or masseur/masseuse from below the table.

The term milking refers to “milking” the penis and/or milking the prostate, which points to the way the penis and prostate are “handled” but likewise to the milky fluids that are released when achieving either a penile orgasm or prostate orgasm.

A session, often called Milking Table Massage, usually also includes a sensual erotic massage session on the table which gradually moves on to working through the gloryhole where the practitioner is able to manipulate the receiver’s private parts in various ways, which may include a Penile Massage, and/or Prostate Massage.
